Opt-in method
Consent is collected through a web form on this page. By submitting their mobile number, the recipient explicitly authorizes Rise OS to send SMS messages related to their account, campaigns, and product updates.
Opt-out instructions
Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, no further SMS messages will be sent to that number. Reply HELP for help or contact support@riseos.com.
Message frequency
Up to 4 messages per month. Standard message and data rates may apply per the recipient's carrier plan.
