Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and the controls you have over your data. Your trust matters — we keep this plain.

Last updated: October 15, 2026

In short

We collect the minimum data needed to run your account and your CRM. We never sell your information. You own your data, you can export it, and you can ask us to delete it. SMS consent is recorded because carriers require it — and you can opt out anytime by replying STOP.

1. Information we collect

Account data: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a securely hashed value). We also collect billing details needed to process payments, such as your billing address.

Data you add: Rise OS is a CRM, so the contacts, leads, pipeline deals, tasks, and notes you enter are stored in your account. You control this data and are responsible for the lawfulness of collecting it.

Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the Services, including device type, browser, log data, and feature usage, to operate and improve the platform.

SMS consent: When someone opts in to SMS through our consent form, we store their name, phone number, and the consent record to comply with A2P 10DLC requirements.

2. How we use your information

To provide, operate, and maintain the Services and your subscription.

To process payments and manage your billing relationship.

To send transactional and account-related messages, including SMS where you have consented.

To respond to support requests and provide assistance.

To improve our Services, develop new features, and monitor for abuse or security issues.

To comply with legal obligations and enforce these policies.

3. Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the platform is used. Session cookies are required for authentication; analytics cookies help us improve the product.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect functionality such as staying signed in.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as described here:

Service providers: Third parties that help us operate — hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and our AI language-model provider — receive only the data needed to perform their function, under contractual obligations of confidentiality.

Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Rise OS, our users, or others.

Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, information may be transferred subject to the protections in this policy.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, we provide a grace period during which you may export your data, after which it may be deleted.

SMS consent records are retained for the period required by carrier and regulatory rules. Usage and log data are retained for a limited time for security and analytics, then deleted.

6. Data security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security review. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Row-level security policies govern access to your data within our database, so that each authenticated user can only reach their own records.

7. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage most of this from your account settings.

To exercise these rights, or to request deletion of your account, contact us at privacy@risebusinessos.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

8. International users

Rise OS is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US, where privacy laws may differ. By using the Services, you consent to such transfers.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and provide notice of material changes within the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
